About the Role:

AI Video Generator

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate videos using tools like RunwayML, Pika Labs, Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and prompt engineers to input and refine AI-driven video assets
• Create variations for different platforms (IG, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Maintain brand tone and message across all generated content
• Test AI-to-edit workflows and recommend improvements for speed and quality
• Edit AI-generated footage into polished branded content
• Refine and retime AI outputs to improve pacing, sound, and emotion
• Layer transitions, motion graphics, voice-overs, and overlays
• Collaborate with Creative Producers and Designers for final exports
• Evaluate Gen-AI video performance and recommend edit refinements

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Gen-AI video tools and video storytelling fundamentals
• Strong sense of visual tempo, platform trends, and digital-first storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, and After Effects
• Exposure to RunwayML, Descript, or similar AI-editing tools
• Ability to match creative direction while adding your editorial edge
• Curiosity to explore and expand what AI video can do next
