🚀 Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Editing: Utilize Generative AI tools to assemble, refine, and enhance raw footage into professional-quality videos.
• High-Volume Production: Create a minimum of 3 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) per day with fast turnaround times and high creative standards.
• Creative Enhancement: Incorporate AI-generated visuals, transitions, effects, sound, and background scores to elevate storytelling impact.
• Technical Execution: Perform video trimming, color grading, audio mixing, and background removal to deliver polished final outputs.
• Innovation & Experimentation: Continuously explore new AI editing techniques, styles, and visual trends to keep content modern and engaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with anchors, writers, and designers to ensure cultural relevance and brand alignment in all Hindi content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, maintaining both speed and creative consistency.
• Learning & Growth: Stay updated on AI video advancements, editing tools, and industry best practices.
  

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Technical Skills

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of short-form or social media content.
• Mandatory proficiency in Generative AI tools such as RunwayML, Descript, Veed.io, Pika, Sora, or similar platforms.
• Advanced expertise in traditional editing suites, including:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• DaVinci Resolve
  

Language & Communication

• Fluency in Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Excellent English communication and grammar skills for subtitle accuracy and content labeling.
  

Creative & Professional Attributes

• Strong storytelling ability with an eye for visual detail and pacing.
