AI Tester

As an AI Tester with 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be a valuable addition to our team in Mumbai, contributing to the enhancement of cutting-edge AI agents. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-driven systems through the designing and execution of test cases, data validation, and close collaboration with developers and data scientists. In this role, you will: - Develop comprehensive test plans encompassing functional, regression, performance, and edge-case testing. - Collaborate with developers and data scientists to establish acceptance criteria for AI behavior. - Design and implement test cases to validate AI agent functionality and accuracy, including decision-making processes and interactions. - Verify the quality of training data and assess the AI agents" capability to handle diverse inputs, while identifying and addressing potential issues related to data bias and robustness. - Evaluate system performance under varying loads and edge cases, identify bottlenecks, and optimize AI agent performance. - Document and track issues using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar, and work closely with developers for swift resolutions. - Develop automated test scripts for AI systems, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and share valuable QA insights. Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, familiarity with AI/ML concepts, hands-on experience with test automation tools and scripting languages, proficiency in API testing tools, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and specialized skills in AI-specific testing areas. Additionally, possessing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and documentation skills, and a keen focus on quality delivery will be crucial soft skills for success in this role. Nice-to-have skills include experience with cloud platforms, knowledge of containerization tools, and familiarity with version control and project management tools. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with significant experience in software testing, particularly AI/ML systems. Certifications in software testing or AI/ML are considered advantageous.,
