Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically adept Senior Software Engineer / Technical Architect to lead the design and development of complex enterprise solutions using .NET Core, C#, Microservices, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, architectural vision, and a strong leadership mindset to guide development teams, define best practices, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET Core and Microservices architecture. Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support. Define and enforce best practices in coding standards, software design, and architecture. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and junior architects. Design and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server for high performance. Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing. Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical risk assessments. Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for adoption. Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge in .NET Core , C# , and ASP.NET Core Proven experience with Microservices architecture , including service orchestration, API gateways, and distributed systems design Deep expertise in SQL Server , including indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning Strong grasp of design patterns , SOLID principles , and enterprise architecture frameworks Proficiency in Entity Framework Core , Dapper , and related ORM tools Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs , message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and event-driven architecture Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Experience with CI/CD pipelines , version control (Git), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to mentor and lead cross-functional development teams Strategic thinking with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus
