Additionally, you will mentor the code maintenance team, estimate project deals, lead cost-benefit analysis, draft bid proposals, manage project timelines, and oversee resource allocation. To excel in this position, you should have over 12 years of technical and managerial experience, preferably in the capital markets domain, along with a strong understanding of software maintenance, coding standards, and relevant technologies such as Java, Springboot, containerization tools, and more. Domain expertise in capital markets and proficiency in client management, leadership, team development, and deal estimations are essential. An advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field is beneficial, and additional certifications or experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Calypso software, and financial technology would be advantageous.
