You are a Manual QA Engineer with over 6 years of experience who excels in testing software products and creating comprehensive product documentation. In this dual-role position, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance product quality and user understanding. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing detailed test plans, identifying and tracking bugs using tools like Jira, performing various types of testing, and validating software against requirements. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining user manuals, product guides, release notes, and FAQs, collaborating with different teams to produce accurate documentation. As a bridge between QA, development, and product teams, you will ensure a seamless understanding of product requirements and quality benchmarks. You will provide insights to improve software usability, assist in User Acceptance Testing, and contribute to process improvement by refining QA methodologies. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 6 years of experience in manual software testing, strong documentation skills, familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence, testing knowledge across different platforms and browsers, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Exposure to test automation tools or Agile environments will be a bonus. Your key skills should include Test Case Design & Execution, API Testing & Database Knowledge, Bug Tracking & Reporting, and knowledge about product documentation.,
