AI Technical Solutions Manager

As a Technical Solutions Manager at LRN, you will be responsible for leading AI-driven projects aimed at automating workflows and enhancing the client experience. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Program Leadership:** - Lead and manage AI initiatives to automate workflows and operational processes, focusing on improving the client experience. - Oversee AI projects from inception to deployment, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. - Develop a strategic roadmap for AI adoption and process automation aligned with business goals. - **Client Experience Automation:** - Drive automation of client-facing functions using AI-based solutions to streamline communication and support. - Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements for a seamless customer experience. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions. - Work with product and IT teams to integrate AI tools into existing platforms and technologies. - **Project Management & Execution:** - Manage multiple AI projects ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and budget. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans. - Establish and track KPIs to measure the impact of AI solutions on business operations. - **Change Management:** - Lead change management efforts for smooth AI adoption across the organization. - Provide training and support to drive understanding and acceptance of AI solutions. - **Continuous Improvement & Innovation:** - Stay updated on AI and automation technologies to improve client experience and business workflows. - Encourage innovation and explore new ways to leverage AI for business solutions. - **Reporting & Communication:** - Provide updates to senior leadership on AI project progress and outcomes. - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the value of AI initiatives to stakeholders. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or certifications in AI, Data Science, or Project Management are a plus. - 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on AI/automation. - Strong understanding of AI technologies like machine learning, natural language processing, and RPA. - Experience in workflow automation, process optimization, and client experience enhancement. - Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management tools and AI platforms. - Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption of new technologies.,
