Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the People Experience (PX) RISE team at Google as an AI Strategist. The PX team is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for Googlers throughout their employment journey. Your role within the RISE team will focus on transforming Google's People Operations service delivery by leveraging AI and ML technologies to enhance efficiency and create extraordinary experiences. As an AI Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, contributing to the AI strategy roadmap, and guiding the conceptualization, development, and success management of AI solutions within People Operations. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to defining and executing the AI strategy and implementation roadmap for People Operations, with a focus on specific personas and critical user journeys. - Research and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, including Agentic AI, based on feasibility, data, and alignment with objectives, in collaboration with stakeholders. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to conceptualize AI solutions, emphasizing functionality, user experience, and business value. - Act as a key integrator with other teams to align on AI initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and ensure clear communication. - Support the life-cycle of AI initiatives, defining success metrics, measuring value, driving adoption, and ensuring adherence to Google's Responsible AI principles. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in project management, change management, stakeholder alignment, and execution. - Experience in global operations and contributing to the development and deployment of technology solutions, including AI/ML. - Familiarity with organizational structures, workflows, and no-code/low-code AI tools. - Knowledge of global HR/People Operations processes or service operations transformation. - Ability to drive initiatives requiring change management and stakeholder alignment, while also connecting ideas, identifying synergies, and fostering efficiency across teams. - Ability to identify opportunities, collaborate with technical teams, and demonstrate a willingness to learn. - Passion for structuring information to facilitate decision-making and align stakeholders.,
