Role Summary

We are hiring AI - Python Full Stack Developers who are passionate about artificial intelligence, backend development, and automation systems.

In this role, you will design and deploy complete AI products from scratch — integrating data pipelines, machine learning models, and user interfaces into production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI/ML models using Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Design and develop full-stack applications using Django or Flask for the backend.
• Work with frontend tools (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to connect AI models with UI.
• Create automation systems and scripts to streamline workflows.
• Preprocess, clean, and manage datasets for AI pipelines.
• Develop and manage APIs to deploy models in real-world applications.
• Collaborate on architecture design and system scalability.
• Debug, performance-tune, and maintain version-controlled codebases.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and delivery cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Python with strong OOP concepts.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and AI algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Backend development experience using Django or Flask.
• Familiarity with automation scripts and system-level workflows.
• Frontend development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React preferred).
• Experience with Git, Postman, and API testing tools.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and open to feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to LangChain, Hugging Face, or transformer-based AI tools.
• Understanding of vector databases (e.g., ChromaDB, Pinecone).
• Experience in end-to-end ML pipelines and Docker-based deployment.

Candidate Agreement Terms

1. Commitment

• Selected candidates must sign a 2-year agreement with Thorsignia, confirming their commitment to stay and work with the company for at least two years from the date of joining.

4. Training & Probation

• Training Period: 3 months (unpaid) to prepare candidates for real-time projects.
• Probation Period: 1 month with a stipend of ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 based on performance.
• Upon successful completion, candidates will receive a full-time offer with a starting salary of ₹20,000+ per month, depending on performance.
