About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and experience working on AI/ML-based applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems and integrating AI models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django frameworks.
• Build, integrate, and deploy AI/ML models into production systems.
• Design efficient, reusable, and scalable code structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, DevOps, and Product.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Manage databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and optimize queries.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of backend applications.
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong expertise in Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
• Experience with AI/ML concepts, model integration, or working with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Good knowledge of REST API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or large language model integration.
• Experience with asynchronous frameworks (FastAPI, Flask).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and model monitoring.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
