                                As an UX Designer at Tario, you will be part of a team that is revolutionizing the sales industry by leveraging AI to improve prospecting, engagement, and pipeline creation. Our goal is to create autonomous sales agents that can write human-like emails, handle objections, and book meetings without manual effort. If you are excited by the prospect of working on cutting-edge AI technology, Tario is the place for you.  **Responsibilities:** - Design end-to-end user experience for AI-powered features such as smart inboxes, dynamic outreach flows, and meeting-booking agents. - Define how users interact with intelligent, autonomous agents including what the agent should show, say, or ask. - Simplify complex automation processes into interfaces that are simple, clear, and trustworthy. - Create design patterns for AI intent visualization, error handling, explainability, and feedback loops. - Develop designs that allow for partial user control where humans guide and correct agents. - Conduct user research, prototype quickly, and iterate based on real feedback. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and ML researchers to implement new features effectively.  **Qualifications:** - 2-4 years of UX/product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, system design, and UI craft, with a bonus for AI or data-rich use cases. - Interest in LLMs and autonomous agents even without technical background. - Experience in designing for AI-generated content, predictive suggestions, or dynamic user journeys. - Ability to consider edge cases, failure modes, and ways to establish user trust in AI decisions. - Understanding of interaction transparency, trust cues, and intent signaling in AI systems. - Effective communicator who can synthesize user needs and align cross-functional teams. - Strong prioritization skills, ability for fast iterations, and a bias for action.  **Good to have:** - Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo. - Exposure to conversational UX, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation systems. - Comfort working in early-stage environments that are messy, fast-moving, and require high ownership. - Technical curiosity or a background that bridges design and engineering.
