AI Process Automation Engineer

As an AI Process Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital transformation journey by bridging plant-floor systems with enterprise platforms. If you have a passion for ITOT integration, industrial data systems, and solving problems through automation, this position is tailor-made for you! **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the migration of plant-floor data from automation systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA) to IT infrastructure in SAP and other enterprise systems. - Develop diagnostic manuals, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for all automation and integration solutions. - Implement data cleansing strategies and automate data pipelines for ERP, dashboards, advanced analytics, and reporting systems. - Collaborate with IT and process teams to address data logging issues and ensure seamless data flow. - Conduct routine health checks of systems, servers, and connected OT networks. - Ensure the smooth functioning, upkeep, and security of servers and networking components used for automation integration. - Resolve day-to-day problems, complaints, and discrepancies related to data logging and system performance. - Make additions, deletions, or modifications to data tags/signals based on business or process requirements. - Manage and maintain inventory of critical spare parts for automation and ITOT systems. - Perform periodic system backups and restore activities to maintain system reliability. - Execute software and hardware upgrades, including OS/Windows updates, to ensure system stability and compatibility. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong understanding of industrial automation systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA). - Experience in ITOT integration, data engineering, or automation systems. - Hands-on experience with SAP data interfaces, dashboards, or analytics tools. - Problem-solving mindset with strong diagnostic skills. - Ability to collaborate across IT, process, and operations teams.
