Job Description

Job Title : AI-Powered RPA DeveloperExperience : 5 - 7Location : Bangalore
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Azure Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud).
  • Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI into automation workflows for intelligent decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand automation requirements and deliver robust solutions.
  • Implement end-to-end automation workflows with error handling, logging, and monitoring.
  • Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of automation solutions.
  • Integrate RPA workflows with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards in automation solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of RPA development experience with Azure Power Automate (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI integration into automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI is a plus).
  • Experience in API integrations and custom connectors.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) for custom automation.
  • Familiarity with telecom industry processes is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of AI Builder and Azure Cognitive Services for intelligent automation.
  • Exposure to cloud-native automation in Azure environments.
  • Understanding of process optimization and workflow orchestration best practices.
