Job Role AIML Engineer

Job Location - Pune

Mode of work – Hybrid

Mode of Hire – FTE

C++ programming is a must, Python is not considered.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to develop and optimize AI models for ADAS applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in deep learning, computer vision, sensor fusion, and real-time embedded AI deployment. You will work closely with cross[1]functional teams to build robust perception and decision-making models for next-generation automotive safety and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for ADAS applications such as object detection, segmentation, tracking, and path planning.
• Develop computer vision and sensor fusion algorithms integrating data from LiDAR, radar, cameras, and other sensors.
• Optimize deep learning models for real-time performance on embedded automotive hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Drive, Qualcomm Snapdragon, custom ASICs).
• Collaborate with software engineers to implement AI models into embedded systems and cloud environments.
• Conduct data collection, annotation, and augmentation for model training and validation.
• Develop robust testing frameworks to evaluate AI model performance under diverse driving conditions.
• Stay up to date with the latest research in AI/ML and automotive perception, integrating innovations into production systems

Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on deep learning and computer vision.
• Strong proficiency in

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and ROS.

• Experience with real-time AI inference optimization on edge computing platforms (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX, OpenVINO).
• Familiarity with automotive-grade development standards

  (C++ is a MUST).

• Experience working with autonomous vehicle datasets (e.g., KITTI, nuScenes, Waymo Open Dataset).
• Knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion, Kalman filters, and state estimation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
