• Migrate RPA bots to Agentic AI systems with minimal disruption to live processes.
• Analyze operational data generated by existing RPA bots to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents capable of handling complex workflows and decision-making processes.
• Train and fine-tune AI models to ensure high performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Integrate Agentic AI systems with enterprise tools, APIs, and databases for seamless operation.
• Design and implement scalable AI architectures to support future growth and workload increases.
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI agents, diagnosing issues and applying continuous improvements.
• Ensure adherence to ethical AI standards including fairness, transparency, and data privacy compliance.
• Collaborate with AI Analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and validate outcomes.
• Lead technical delivery of pilot projects, ensuring alignment with defined success criteria.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through performance analysis and stakeholder feedback

Job Requirements :-

Core AI & ML Skills:

• Python, Pytorch, Tensor Flow or JAX for model development and fine-tuning.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI).
• Knowledge of transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and model orchestration.

Automation & Integration:

• Understanding of RPA tools like UiPath and their migration paths to AI-driven systems.
• Strong experience with API integration, event-driven systems, and microservices.
Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (like Azure Logic Apps).
