As the manager for AI Library Development and Performance Optimization your responsibilities would include Manage a team of highly skilled AI Library Developers and performance optimization engineers Collaborating with technical architects & stakeholder in defining scope and deliverable for the team & individual team member Manage the planning, execution and tracking of the teams scope & deliverable Driving process improvement and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency of the team Driving quality & compliance of all deliverable Managing team members skill & career growth and retaining talent Drive teams growth by attracting and hiring new talent based on project need Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Atleast 12+ years on IT industry experience in product development Atleast 4+ years of experience managing projects and people Experience working & managing open source projects Experience in project planning, tracking and use of project management tools Experience collaborating and working with Global teams Knowledge of AI Frameworks & Libraries Knowledge of Open source process Knowledge of performance benchmarking & optimization methods Preferred technical and professional experience Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
