AI Lead Engineer

Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Engineer to join our global team and drive innovation in AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong expertise in Python, Java, Generative AI (RAG), Machine Learning, and AWS cloud deployments. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cutting-edge AI applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI-driven applications with a focus on RAG-based chatbot solutions.
• Architect robust solutions leveraging Python and Java for scalability and reliability.
• Deploy, manage, and scale AI applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Mentor engineers on AI methodologies, cloud practices, and coding standards.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Research and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

#PrimarySkills (Mandatory)

• Strong programming in Python & Java
• Hands-on experience with RAG-based chatbots Generative AI applications
• Proficiency in AWS (EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway)
• Deep understanding of NLP, vector databases, embeddings, LLM integrations
• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering & solution delivery

#PreferredSkills

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, ML Specialty)
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

#Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Strong track record of leading AI/ML projects and technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise-level AI solutions
