Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to drive innovation in AI/ML solutions within the AI COE. The role focuses on implementing Data Science, traditional AI, advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), GEN AI, TensorFlow. This position requires working experience in RAG architecture and MLOps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align AI solutions with objectives.
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms, including LLM-based solutions and fine-tuning.
Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models.
Evaluate and optimize AI system performance, including monitoring for model drift.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential business applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on AI/ML best practices.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders effectively.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution.
Develop and optimize RAG architecture using Vector DB or Knowledge Graph.
Engineer robust ML pipelines and infrastructure using on-premises/cloud tools.
Establish CI/CD practices and automated testing frameworks for AI systems.

Requirements:

Experience:
6+ years in AI/ML development
Technical Skills:

Proven experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and deployment
Advanced knowledge of RAG architecture and implementation
Strong background in MLOps and model monitoring
Experience with distributed computing and GPU optimization

Programming:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
Experience with graph databases and vector stores
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

Cloud & Tools:

Experience in building AI systems on Azure/ AWS/ GCP

Preferred Qualifications:

Education:
B.Tech/B.E (IT) or higher
An AI professional who initiated their career directly in artificial intelligence and has accumulated 6 + years of dedicated experience in AI technologies (not transitioning from other technical backgrounds)

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Team leadership and mentoring capabilities
