Role Description As AI Lead Engineer, your primary focus will be building agentic systems, LLM-powered applications, and autonomous AI workflows that deliver measurable outcomes. Qualifications Overall 7 – 10 years’ experience with last 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, GenAI with practical exposure to NLP ^ Computer vision models (e.g. CNNs, ViTs, Transformers, CLIP, I3D, or diffusion models). · Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Auto-GPT, MetaGPT), and multimodal models. Track record in building and scaling AI-first products with autonomous capabilities. Experience deploying AI systems in production with MLOps and A/B testing. Strong product intuition with ability to balance rapid iteration and technical depth. Thought leadership in ethical AI and safety in autonomous systems Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred but not required.
