Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Delhi. The role involves understanding our AI products/services, speaking with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Explain AI products/services in simple terms to customers.
• Understand customer needs and share suitable solutions.
• Schedule demos and follow up with interested leads.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversations.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to support conversions.
• Learn and stay updated about AI tools, features, and market trends.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales. (freshers welcome).
• Basic understanding of AI concepts .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and explain technical concepts simply.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to meet targets.
• Graduation in any field (technical background is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools (optional).
• Interest in AI, software, or technology sales.
• Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
