About the Role

Integration Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain

  integration solutions

  between various applications, platforms, and services.
• Work with

  APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and messaging systems

  to enable data flow and system interoperability.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration specifications.
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to plan and execute integration projects.
  
• Maintain and update

  technical documentation

  , including integration workflows, data mappings, and interface specifications.
• Perform testing of integration solutions, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
  
• Ensure integrations comply with

  security, compliance, and data governance standards

• Evaluate and recommend

  integration tools and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  .
• 2–6 years of experience as an

  Integration Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Middleware Specialist

  .
• Strong understanding of

  APIs (REST, SOAP), web services, and middleware platforms

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  ETL tools

  , message brokers, and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
• Proficiency in

  SQL and database concepts

  for data mapping and transformation.
• Familiarity with

  data formats

  such as JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of

  cloud integration platforms

  (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with

  ERP, CRM, or SaaS application integrations
