AI Evangelist & Enablement Lead

Role Overview: As an AI Evangelist & Enablement Lead at Amdocs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Agentic and Generative AI across Amdocs engineering and product teams. Your responsibilities will include partnering with teams to integrate AI tools, leading hands-on implementation and prototyping, sharing knowledge through workshops and tutorials, and representing Amdocs as a technical expert in the AI landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with engineering and product development teams to integrate AI/GenAI tools throughout the software delivery lifecycle. - Define best practices and standardized workflows for AI-assisted development across the organization. - Lead the evaluation, piloting, and integration of new AI development platforms. - Create and deliver hands-on workshops, tech talks, and practical tutorials on AI-related topics. - Represent Amdocs as a technical expert at industry conferences and customer events. - Publish technical content showcasing Amdocs" innovative use of AI in the telecom and enterprise software domains. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with proficiency in multiple programming languages. - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and conversational AI tools. - Strong knowledge of AI/ML model lifecycle, context management, and API integration protocols. - Proven ability to drive technology adoption and influence engineering culture. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Prior experience in Developer Advocacy, Technical Evangelism, or platform/tool enablement roles is a plus.
