Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Deployment (NLP/Sentiment)
Design, build, and deploy advanced ML/DL models (Transformers, BERT, RNN/CNN models) for high-accuracy sentiment analysis, emotion detection, and intent recognition across reviews, social media, and customer interactions.

Trust & Credibility Scoring Models
Architect multi-modal trust/reputation scoring systems by defining strong feature sets, integrating signals (behavior history, network analysis, sentiment), and ensuring resilience against adversarial attempts.

Data Engineering for AI
Manage end-to-end pipelines for unstructured text—collection, cleaning, normalization, feature engineering (embeddings, topic modeling), and data labeling for high-quality model training.

Performance Optimization
Monitor, evaluate, and improve model KPIs (Precision/Recall, F1, AUC). Ensure low-latency, scalable production deployment for real-time inference.

A/B Testing & MLOps
Implement best practices in MLOps—model/data versioning, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and structured A/B testing for model comparison.

Ethical AI & Bias Mitigation
Identify, reduce, and document biases in NLP and trust models. Ensure fairness, transparency, and explainability of model outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product teams to align business goals with AI solutions and integrate APIs into the main product ecosystem.

Required Technical Qualifications (4+ Years)

• Minimum 4+ years as an AI/ML Engineer focused on NLP and text-based prediction.
• Strong command of Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with custom NLP pipelines and LLM fine-tuning.
• Expertise in BERT, RoBERTa, Transformer-based and deep learning architectures for text classification.
• Experience with production deployments, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experiment design, and ML evaluation metrics.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
