What Youll Do
Build production-ready agentic systems using LLMs, tool-use, memory, and multi-step reasoningEngineer robust backend services and APIs that integrate agent workflows with real-world data and business logicDevelop prompt-driven systems using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or custom stacksCreate internal tooling for agent testing, evaluation, and observabilityCollaborate with product and design to translate ambiguous user problems into intelligent, usable featuresOptimize agent behavior via prompt engineering, context windows, function calling, and tool-chainingShip oftenown the full lifecycle from idea to production deployment (optional)What Were Looking For5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong backend or full-stack chopsExperience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt-based architecturesFamiliarity with multi-agent systems, orchestration patterns, memory management, and function/tool callingProficiency in Python (FastAPI, asyncio, etc.); experience with TypeScript or full-stack development is a plusStrong understanding of system design, scalability, and production deployment (Docker, CI/CD, cloud infra)Bonus: experience building developer tools, workflow automation systems, or AI copilots
