🛠️ What You’ll Own

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents
Build and maintain robust prompt engineering workflows
Integrate and work with the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Develop and optimize data pipelines for agent tasks
Deploy and monitor models across the NeuralEDGE product suite
Collaborate cross-functionally to ship new agentic features fast

🏆 What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in AI engineering / ML engineering
Strong skills in prompt engineering and deploying LLM-driven systems
Solid understanding of agent-based architectures
Comfort working in a fast-moving, sometimes chaotic, startup environment
Ability to take ownership and ship
No mandatory degree — if you can build, you’re welcome
