About Elsai Foundry

We’re solving enterprise AI’s biggest challenge: helping companies ship production-ready AI agents in weeks, not months. Our unified stack (elsai ARMS, guardrails, orchestrator, core) powers AI agent deployment at scale for enterprise clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to our core AI agent platform and enterprise solutions

• Work with major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, AWS Bedrock)

• Build full-stack applications, AI agents and customer demos/POCs

• Research and experiment with cutting-edge AI models and techniques

• Develop enterprise-grade security, compliance, and observability features

• Ship code that directly impacts production systems serving enterprise workloads

What We’re Looking For:Must-Have:

• LLM Expertise: Hands-on experience with major LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
• AI/ML Fundamentals: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, neural networks, and AI system design
• Prompt Engineering: Deep familiarity with prompting techniques, limitations, and optimization across different language models
• Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in at least one modern full-stack framework (React/Node.js, Next.js, Django, FastAPI, etc.)
• Programming: Expert-level skills in Python or TypeScript (or both!)

Nice-to-Have:

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

• RAG systems and enterprise integrations

• Startup experience
