Job Opening: AI Engineer (Part-Time)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer (Part-Time) to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AI agent development, AI chatbots, and Agentic AI systems, and strong proficiency in Python. You will work on real-world automation and CRM-based AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Python
• Experience in AI Chatbot development
• Hands-on knowledge of AI Agents / Agentic AI
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Qwen, LLaMA, etc.)
• Experience with API integration and automation workflows
• Understanding of prompt engineering and conversation design
• Basic knowledge of databases and backend systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI agents and AI chatbots for CRM and automation use cases
• Build Agentic AI workflows for sales, customer support, and operations
• Integrate AI models with backend systems and APIs
• Optimize chatbot performance, response accuracy, and workflows
• Test, debug, and improve AI-driven applications
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams for seamless integration
• Document AI logic, workflows, and technical implementations
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and models

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in CRM automation or SaaS products
• Knowledge of WhatsApp / SMS / Voice AI automation
• Familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Experience deploying AI models on cloud or local servers
