AI Engineer

build and scale an agentic framework

What will you do?

• Design & implement the agentic framework
• Build and evolve agentic workflows tailored to financial markets (research, trading, risk, etc.)
• Integrate internal & external data sources, tools, and APIs into the agentic system
• Own evaluation & benchmarking
• Design and maintain an evaluation framework for agentic workflows
• Define and track benchmarks for accuracy, reliability, latency, and user experience
• Run experiments and iterate quickly based on evaluation results and user feedback
• Work closely with business & domain teams
• Collaborate with researchers, traders, and product teams to understand real-world use cases
• Translate financial workflows into robust, production-grade agent behaviours
• Continuously refine agents based on actual user behaviour and edge cases
  

What will you bring?

• Strong programming skills
• Solid Python skills (production-quality code, testing, packaging, etc.)
• Comfortable with SQL for querying and working with financial or analytical datasets
• AI / LLM mindset
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore new AI tools, libraries, and techniques early
• Ability to iterate fast: prototype, evaluate, refine
• Problem-solving orientation
• Enjoy working on open-ended problems with imperfect data and real-world constraints
• Comfortable working closely with non-engineering stakeholders
