Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced AI DevOps Engineer / DevOps Trainer / IT Trainer to deliver high-quality training on AI, ML, DevOps, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and the ability to train batches of 30–40 learners.

Along with dedicated trainers, we are also open to DevOps Engineers who are comfortable and confident in taking training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online training sessions on AI, ML, DevOps, and cloud tools.
• Create training materials, hands-on labs, and project-based assignments.
• Guide learners, resolve technical queries, and support project development.
• Conduct assessments, workshops, and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Technical SkillsAI & Machine Learning

• Building and managing ML pipelines
• Model deployment, serving, and monitoring
• End-to-end ML lifecycle management

DevOps Tools

• Git, GitHub/GitLab
• Jenkins (CI/CD pipeline setup and automation)
• Docker (container creation, deployment)
• Kubernetes (cluster management, Helm deployments)
• CI/CD workflow design and automation

Cloud Platforms

• AWS: EC2, S3, EKS, CodePipeline
• Azure: Azure ML, DevOps Services
• GCP: Vertex AI, Cloud Build, GKE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, CS, Data Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, AI) preferred
• Excellent communication & presentation skills

Experience Required

• Training Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year (mandatory)
• Overall Experience: 3+ years in AI, DevOps, and cloud environments
