AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, Hugging Face, transformers, and cloud AI services, with expertise in building chat agents, transcription, summarization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models for transcription, summarization, classification, text generation, chat agents, and RAG.
• Work with ETL pipelines to normalize and preprocess data/files.
• Utilize Hugging Face, Transformers, and Ollama for model fine-tuning and deployment.
• Integrate and optimize models with Azure and AWS AI services.
• Develop and manage APIs and pipelines for AI solutions.
• Work with Linux CLI for deployment and automation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI applications.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with Linux CLI for development and deployment.
• Hands-on expertise in Hugging Face, Transformers, and Ollama.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data normalization.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Services, AWS AI Services.
• Strong understanding of NLP tasks like transcription, summarization, classification, and generative AI.
• Problem-solving ability and passion for applied AI.
