🔹 Role Overview

This role is crucial for advancing next-generation AI agent performance. The selected candidates will:

• Analyze sample questions and guidelines to determine the

  core skill or competency

  being measured (e.g., reasoning, synthesis, multi-step logic, nuance detection).
• Create

  entirely new questions

  on the same topic at equivalent complexity—focusing on deep reasoning and not simple recall.
• Develop a

  Ground Truth Answer

  (gold-standard reference answer) that is accurate, well-structured, and comprehensive.
• Create a

  detailed, quantifiable Checklist

  outlining evaluation criteria such as completeness, logical flow, accuracy, resource synthesis/citation, and depth.
• Obtain, document, and compare responses generated by top LLMs such as

  ChatGPT 5

  and

  Claude Sonnet 4.5

  for the newly created questions.

🔹 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in

  technical writing, content creation, curriculum design, AI data labeling, or AI data review

  .
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break complex problems into logical components.
• High-level synthesis abilities: combining information from multiple sources accurately and concisely.
• Extreme attention to detail in crafting high-quality questions and error-free Ground Truth answers.
• Deep understanding of LLM behavior and common failure patterns such as hallucinations, superficial reasoning, or lack of depth.
• Ability to follow

  complex instructions

  and meet high quality-control standards consistently.
• Ability to work remotely with

  2–5 hours of PST overlap

  daily.

• Commitment:

  8 hrs/day (with 2–5 hrs overlap with PST).

• Engagement Type:

  Contractor/Freelancer (No medical benefits / No paid leave).
