AI Data Analyst

As an AI Data Analyst at Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights that support business objectives in areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations. With over 5 years of experience in data management principles, data engineering, and modeling, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, ensuring data quality, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with data engineering teams to design and optimize ETL processes, build and maintain data models using industry-standard data modeling tools, develop and manage data catalogs using data catalog tools, and contribute to the design and implementation of data marketplaces and data products. Working within an Agile framework, you will participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to deliver iterative data solutions and partner with business stakeholders to understand specific processes and translate requirements into data-driven solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. You should have strong experience in data management principles, proficiency in data engineering concepts, practical experience in developing and maintaining data catalogs, knowledge of data marketplaces and data products, and experience working in an Agile framework. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms, familiarity with BI tools for data visualization, and exposure to advanced analytics techniques.
