AI Curriculum Development Expert

Role Description

This consultancy role is pivotal to KEF’s AI curriculum initiative. The consultant will design outcomes-aligned curriculum and learning documents, develop production-ready storyboards for instructor-led and role-play sessions, support Marathi translation (preferred), and facilitate AI training. The work is highly collaborative with KEF’s core team to deliver high-quality, scalable digital teacher-training content.

Role & Responsibilities-

Curriculum & Instructional Designer: Develop outcome-aligned curriculum content and module blueprints

Pedagogical Content Design: Create structured, engaging learning documents aligned with instructional design principles for AI literacy and classroom integration.

Storyboarding: Develop detailed, production-ready storyboards for instructor-led and interactive sessions, with clear flow, objectives, and outcomes.

Translation Support & Teaching Experience: Assist in translating key content and pedagogical narratives from English to Marathi; prior classroom teaching and training experience is preferred.

Collaboration & Review: Coordinate with content experts, visual designers, and project leads to iterate and improve design components within tight timelines

Deliverables: Consultant is expected to adhere to timelines and deliverables outlined in the project tracker.

Qualification Details

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Designer & Instructional Design, or a related field.

Experience

5+ years in Curriculum development, instructional design, educational content development, or teacher training.

Technical Skills

Curriculum development, Pedagogical design, storyboarding, familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms.

Language Skills

Proficiency in English is required; Marathi language proficiency is highly preferred.

Other Competencies

Attention to detail, ability to work in a collaborative team, strong communication skills, time management.
