Role Overview: We’re on the lookout for a hybrid thinker who lives at the intersection of design, social media, and emerging tech. This person will act as a creative bridge between the design and social teams—someone with a pulse on trends, a sense of aesthetics, and a curiosity for AI-powered workflows. Responsibilities Ideate and support in creating social media content (static, reels, stories, carousels) Collaborate with design and marketing teams to brainstorm creatives and campaigns Experiment with AI tools to enhance content production Stay up-to-date with trends on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc. Work on mockups, mood boards, and basic video edits Requirements Experience of 0-1 year Awareness of social media formats and platforms (Meta, X, LinkedIn, Instagram) Basic proficiency in Canva / Figma / Adobe Express Understanding of brand tone and visual storytelling Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, Descript, CapCut Bonus: Some exposure to Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro You're Right If You: Are a meme-lover with a design eye Understand what “hooks” work in short-form videos Are naturally collaborative and can juggle between design and content needs Enjoy experimenting with AI and visual tools HOW TO APPLY: To apply for this position, send an email to our careers mailbox (careers@xapads.com).
