About the Role

AI Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Create AI-powered videos (reels, ads, explainers, shorts) using AI video tools 
• Design AI-generated posters, banners, and social media creatives 
• Write scripts, captions, hooks, and CTAs for video and visual content 
• Use AI tools for image generation, animation, voiceovers, and video editing 
• Convert marketing briefs into AI-driven creative assets 
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and content 
• Edit, refine, and humanise AI-generated outputs 
• Optimise creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube 
• Manage content workflows and deadlines using Monday.com 

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years experience in digital content, media, or creative roles 
• Strong experience with AI video creation tools (mandatory) 
• Hands-on experience with AI poster & image generation tools 
• Excellent English communication and storytelling skills 
• Strong sense of design, layouts, and visual hierarchy 
• Understanding of social media formats, ratios, and trends 
• Ability to create high-quality outputs quickly using AI tools 

AI Tools Experience (Must-Have)

• AI Video: Runway, Pika, Luma, Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar 
• AI Images & Posters: Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Firefly 
• AI Content: ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper 
• Editing & Design: Canva, CapCut, Adobe (basic to intermediate) 

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics or animated video experience 
• Voiceover & AI avatar video creation 
• Prompt engineering for images and videos 
• Experience working with ads, funnels, and landing pages 
• Familiarity with Australian market creatives
