AI Consultant

Assess business and technical requirements for AI-driven Hotel Industry for US Based.
Candidate should Design a scalable voice AI architecture
Candidate should Evaluate and recommend platforms (e.g., Twilio, Google Dialog flow, Amazon Lex, OpenAI Whisper/Speech APIs, etc.)
Collaborate with internal AI Teams and provide Guidance
Ensure the candidate follows the Industry Standards for AI.
Train internal teams for ongoing maintenance and improvement
Candidate should have Good Communication Skills.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in
AI/ML
, with at least should have working experienced
on voice AI or conversational AI
Hands-on experience with
NLP, LLM Agents
,
speech-to-text
,
text-to-speech
, and
dialog management
Strong understanding of
telephony systems
(e.g., SIP, Twilio, Vonage)
Proven track record in deploying
voice bots or IVR systems
in real-world environments
Experience integrating AI with
POS systems
,
CRMs
, or
ordering platforms
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently as a consultant and provide strategic guidance
Familiarity with OpenAI tools and APIs
Experience with multilingual voice assistants
