Job Description

Role Overview: As an AI Automation Solution Architect/Lead with a background in infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing advanced AI-driven automation solutions to enhance infrastructure, operations, and business processes. Your responsibilities will involve leading the design and architecture of AI-powered automation solutions, providing technical leadership to development teams, identifying opportunities for innovation, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate technical solutions into actionable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of AI-powered automation solutions, focusing on infrastructure automation, AIOps, develop agents and agentic solutions, and self-healing systems. - Define technical roadmaps, blueprints, and reference architectures for AI automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives. - Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models, tools, platforms, and infrastructure technologies to meet solution requirements. - Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure to support AI/ML model training, deployment, and lifecycle management. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship on best practices for AI automation, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native architectures. - Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD for AI/ML pipelines, automated testing, and continuous monitoring. - Identify opportunities for leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, enhance security, and drive innovation. - Collaborate closely with infrastructure teams to translate needs into technical solutions and manage vendor relationships related to AI and automation. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. - 18+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a solution architecture or lead role focused on automation, infrastructure, or cloud. - Proven experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for IT operations, infrastructure management, or business process automation. - Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), infrastructure components, and Infrastructure as Code tools. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Go, and familiarity with MLOps principles and tools. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred: - Experience with specific AI automation platforms and cloud architecture certifications. - Understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and Agile methodologies. - Experience with enterprise-level security practices and compliance frameworks.
