Lead the path for execution of E2E Artificial Intelligence Solutions.

Location: Pune / Mumbai, Hybrid Working

Does designing E2E solutions to generate valuable insights from complex data with a knack for large language models (LLM) and Computer Vision fascinate you? How about working with latest Large Language models, fine tuning open-source models and designing Agentic AI solutions while guiding teams to execute and generate business value. We're on the hunt for a Principal Practitioner in Artificial Intelligence who can wield the power of SOTA LLM to transform our business processes and drive efficiency and enable building an IP.

Your mission should you choose to accept: Collaborating with business leaders to dissect their needs, and whip up solutions that don't just meet, but surpass their expectations. You would be leading a team of experienced senior AI engineers and impart your knowledge, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

What will your day look like?

• Take the helm of AI engineering projects, focusing on designing, developing, and deploying solutions that revolve around computer vision, content generation, and fine-tuning large language models such as open source LLM.
• Make the most of state-of-the-art open-source frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers to sift through unstructured data and extract valuable insights.
• Should be hands-on with latest in Agentic AI design patterns and comfortable with designing and implementing SFT and RLHF for fine tuning domain specific SLM.
• Lead the complete lifecycle of AI engineering projects, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model development and assessment, all the way through to deployment and monitoring.
• Liaising with global business owners and stakeholders to pinpoint their requirements, present results, and provide recommendations.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advances and trends in data science, AI, and particularly large language models.

What's in your toolkit?

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
• 13 to 17 years of experience in machine learning, computer vision with a special emphasis on large language models.
• Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries such as pandas, numpy, TensorFlow, pytorch and HuggingFace, LangChain or Haystack.
• Should be able to demonstrate good coding principles.
• Should be hands on with latest in RAG practices and SLM fine tuning.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining data science solutions on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Has experience in sourcing data from SQL and NoSQL db. A basic knowledge of databases is a must.
• A Kaggle profile that reflects your expertise will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• The ability to balance independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from premier Indian institutes (IITs, IISc, NITs, BITS, IIITs etc.) in:   

  - Computer Science, or

  - Any Engineering discipline, or   

  - Mathematics or related quantitative fields.
