Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative IT and AI Specialist to lead our digital initiatives. This role blends AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: AI & Automation Development

● Design and deploy AI-based tools such as:

▪ AI-powered front desk receptionist/chatbots

▪ Car rental and driver attendance automation

▪ Customer interaction tools (voice/text/visual AI)

● Evaluate and integrate third-party AI solutions and APIs for operational improvement.

● Develop APIs, scripts to provide a complete solution along with the 3rd party ready tools/Apps/Services.

● Research, design and implement and deploy solution to centralise the data and control over it to help all teams to work efficiently and reduce manual work load and human errors.
