AI and Automation Specialist

As an AI and Automation Specialist at LG Home Comfort, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents and automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will be utilizing advanced AI technologies such as LLMs, autonomous agents, RPA, and ML pipelines to create end-to-end systems that can think, learn, and act efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop AI-powered agents using large language models and multi-agent frameworks like Lang Chain, Auto Gen, Crew AI, and custom workflows. - Build and deploy automation pipelines across internal systems and platforms such as CRM, ERP, ticketing, and data pipelines. - Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and third-party services for real-time task execution. - Identify manual or repetitive tasks across departments and implement scalable automation solutions. - Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver intelligent systems. - Continuously evaluate and improve agent performance, feedback loops, and automation reliability. - Ensure secure, ethical, and compliant AI use within internal systems and processes. - Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies and apply them in relevant areas. Key Requirements: - Strong experience with LLM-based development, such as OpenAI, Claude, and Hugging Face models. - Proven track record of building AI agents and orchestration frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, Auto Gen, or custom implementations. - Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Python scripting, RPA, Airflow, Zapier, or similar. - Proficient in Python programming and experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and async systems. - Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). - Experience with deploying AI systems to production environments, including cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Knowledge of agent simulation environments, reinforcement learning, or multi-agent systems. - Familiarity with DevOps/SRE tools and practices like Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps. - Understanding of enterprise systems like Salesforce for automation use cases. In this role, you will be based in Chandivali, working the day shift from 2 PM to 10.30 PM, Monday to Friday.
