To monitor health of employees and their dependents by preventive and curative action for a healthy work force

Location: Hindalco Industries Limited, Muri, Ranchi

Reporting To: Unit HR Head

Provide preventive, curative, and wellness healthcare services to employees and dependents, ensuring legal compliance and promoting a healthy workforce.

• Conduct periodic medical exams (PME) for all employees including contract workers.
• Provide clinical consultations, emergency care, and followups.
• Monitor and reduce Red & Amber Zone health cases.
• Maintain digital health records using PEHEL & OHMS.

• Support infrastructure upgrades to meet NABH standards.
• Ensure availability and maintece of medical equipment.
• Coordinate specialty OPDs (e. g. , cardiology, pediatrics).

• Organize quarterly wellness activities and awareness sessions.
• Engage with Medical Committee and support family fund processing.

• Monitor medicine inventory and optimize procurement.

• Utilize PEHEL & OHMS for diagnostics, certifications, and sick leave tracking.
• Ensure timely reporting and analytics.

• Assist in execution of OHCrelated Capex projects.
• Ensure safety during installations and upgrades.

• Mentor junior staff and support training programs.
• Participate in safety training subcommittees.

• MBBS with valid registration under MCI/State Medical Council.
• 3 5 years of experience in industrial/occupational health.
• AFIH or Occupational Health certification preferred.

• Clinical excellence and diagnostic skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Digital proficiency in health systems.
