We are looking for a highly skilled Agronomist (Data Analyst) to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role requires a strong background in Agronomy and expertise in data analysis to assess satellite data, soil testing reports, and other agronomic data. The ideal candidate will have the ability to correlate data from various sources (such as NDVI and soil reports), identify farming issues, and provide actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis : Analyze satellite data, soil testing reports, and other agronomic data to monitor farm health and productivity. Correlation of Data : Correlate different types of agronomic data (such as NDVI , soil reports, etc.) to identify farming problems and suggest possible solutions. Problem Identification : Analyze the data to identify problems related to soil health, crop performance, pest infestations, etc., and propose practical solutions. Reporting : Prepare detailed reports with actionable insights based on data analysis for farmers, FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations), and internal teams. Collaboration : Work closely with the agronomy team to provide data-driven recommendations for improving farming practices. Monitoring Trends : Track long-term data trends and provide insights into crop performance, soil health, and other key metrics. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Agronomy or Agriculture Data Analysis , with a focus on soil testing and remote sensing data . Strong understanding of soil testing reports , NDVI , and other relevant agronomic data sources. Experience with data analysis tools for processing satellite data and agronomic reports. Ability to identify farming problems and solutions based on data correlation and analysis. A degree in Agronomy , Agriculture , or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when interpreting complex data. Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and work with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
