As a Demand Generation Officer at Kaybee Bio, your role involves actively engaging with farmers, providing advisory services, and collaborating with the sales team to drive demand and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for conducting farm visits to understand farmer needs, offering advisory services on crop management, pest control, and best agricultural practices, as well as executing field demonstrations to showcase product performance. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting farm visits to engage with farmers and identify their needs. - Providing advisory services on crop management, pest control, and best agricultural practices. - Performing product demos and highlighting features and benefits to farmers. - Executing field demonstrations to showcase product performance and efficacy. - Collaborating with the sales team to generate demand and achieve sales targets. To qualify for this position, you should have: - A degree in Agriculture or a related field. - Proven advisory or sales experience in agriculture. - Strong knowledge of crop management, soil health, and pest control. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
