About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Agri Advisor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys connecting with farmers, offering crop advisory solutions, and supporting sales initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:

  B.Sc. Agriculture (or higher in Agriculture or related field)

• Strong communication skills in local language -

  Marathi,

  Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Farmer Call Advisory:
• Attend incoming farmer calls and provide accurate solutions on crop care, nutrition, and pest/disease management.
• Follow-ups & Record Maintenance:
• Regular follow-up with farmers after field visits.
• Maintain clear and organized records of advisory calls and farmer interactions.
• Sales Support:
• Participate in sales calls and provide technical support to the sales team.
• Help in building trust and strengthening relationships with farmers and dealers.
