To excel in this role, you must possess a degree in Agriculture or a related field, along with proven advisory or sales experience in agriculture. A strong understanding of crop management, soil health, and pest control is essential. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in effectively interacting with farmers and the sales team. This position requires someone who is passionate about agriculture and has the ability to connect with farmers to understand their needs and offer them valuable solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to drive demand and contribute to the overall success of our products in the market.
