Description
You are required to lead the commercial leasing activities at Bros Corp Realty LLP in Gurgaon. Your primary responsibilities will include leasing out commercial properties, maximizing revenue, maintaining client relationships, and managing end-to-end leasing processes. It is essential for you to possess strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a client-centric approach. Your duties will involve developing and executing leasing strategies to achieve revenue targets, reducing vacancy, and improving yield. You will be responsible for identifying potential tenants through networking, brokers, and direct marketing. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, tenants, IPCs, and brokers will be crucial for ensuring high tenant satisfaction and long-term client retention. In terms of negotiation and closure, you will lead discussions on lease terms, commercials, and legal clauses with tenants and their legal representatives. Collaboration with internal legal and finance teams will be necessary to ensure smooth documentation and closure of leasing agreements. Keeping abreast of market trends, rental values, and competitor analysis to provide regular updates to management will be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with facility, legal, and design teams to ensure timely handover and fit-out readiness of commercial spaces. Overseeing lease renewals, renegotiations, and terminations as needed will also be within your scope of work. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in commercial leasing within the real estate industry. A proven track record in leasing large commercial spaces, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of commercial real estate laws and financial aspects are essential. A client-focused approach and a robust network within the real estate ecosystem will be advantageous.
