Job Description

1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to finalize designs and specifications. Lead the implementation of Mivan shuttering systems for high-quality and efficient construction. 2. Team Coordination: Supervise and manage cross-functional teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and contractors. Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization. 3. Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and resolve issues. 4. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and milestones. 5. Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures and control costs to prevent overruns. Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality. 6. Risk Management: Anticipate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address delays, conflicts, or changes in scope proactively. Key Requirements: 1. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 20-25 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector. Proven experience with Mivan shuttering technology and aluminum formwork systems. 2. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction techniques, especially Mivan technology . Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project . Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is a plus. ERP Farvision 3. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
