Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and milestones. 5. Cost Management: Monitor project expenditures and control costs to prevent overruns. Address delays, conflicts, or changes in scope proactively. Key Requirements: 1. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 20-25 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector. Proven experience with Mivan shuttering technology and aluminum formwork systems. 2. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction techniques, especially Mivan technology . Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project . Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is a plus. ERP Farvision 3.
