Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced professional for the role of AGM / DGM Technical (Facilities Management) to oversee technical operations, ensure smooth functioning of building systems, and manage facility-related services across residential, commercial, and retail properties. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MEP, HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety, AMC management, and vendor supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Facility Management: Manage day-to-day technical operations of all building systems including MEP, electrical, HVAC, DG sets, elevators, and fire safety systems. Oversee both preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules across sites. 2. Vendor & AMC Oversight: Manage and evaluate performance of all technical AMC vendors. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and timely resolution of issues. Verify vendor bills, maintenance records, and work completion reports. 3. Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular technical audits of facilities. Ensure statutory compliance related to fire safety, electrical norms, pollution control, and building codes. Coordinate for renewals of all statutory licenses and certifications. 4. Project & CAPEX Handling: Plan and execute small-scale CAPEX/technical upgradation works across facilities. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical justifications for improvements. 5. Energy & Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor and reduce energy consumption across sites. Implement energy-saving initiatives and performance improvements. 6. Team Management & Coordination: Lead a team of facility engineers, technical officers, and site supervisors. Coordinate with soft services, security, housekeeping, and central admin teams. 7. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of AMC, asset register, maintenance logs, and utility consumption. Submit regular reports to management on facility performance, incidents, and improvements.
