AGM Training & Employee Relations

As a graduate with a minimum of 18-20 years of relevant experience in Training, preferably in NBFC/MFI sector, your role will involve overseeing the overall training and development function at a Pan India level. You must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Extensive travel across India will be required. You should be able to work autonomously, lead the training team, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and have expertise in various Learning & Development tools and technologies. Being a motivator and coach is crucial for excelling in this role.
